Can I style my own wedding?

Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to provide your own styling and theming, setup and pack up, or have a Stylist do it for you. Sharla Park offers complete in-house styling options to take care of it all for you, or our staff will be on hand to direct your volunteers and/or suppliers to where they need to be to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible.

Does your venue have a curfue?

All music is required to cease by 10pm to allow time for guests and suppliers to exit the venue by 10:30pm. Out of respect for surrounding properties and to abide by local council restrictions, we are unable to host past our standard closing time of 10:30pm.

What kind of music am I able to have?

You are more than welcome to have a DJ, singers and/or musicians to provide music during your event. If hiring a band, please note the local noise restrictions. All music must cease by 10pm with suppliers packed up and exiting the venue by 10:30pm.

When can I access the venue?

As long as there is not an event already booked in the day prior, you are able to access the Venue the day before your event to set up or drop off any equipment, drinks etc. Access to the Venue is also available the day after the event, by appointment only, to collect anything you may have had to leave behind at the event.

Is there accommodation or camping options available?

Unfortunately, we do not to provide any accommodation or the option to camp for you or your guests during your event booking with us. Please note that Sharla Park is a private property and a functioning equestrian centre, entry to the property is strictly by appointment only for the health and safety of all guests, horses and property residents.

Are there proper toilets at your venue?

You betcha! We have a newly built men’s and women’s restroom that is wheelchair accessible with flushing toilets, mirrors and basins to freshen up. All restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with toilet paper, hand towels and hand wash before each event by Sharla Park staff.
